Quickline’s fibre network is now live for thousands of residents and businesses in villages across the Isle of Axholme in north Lincolnshire.

YouFibre has gone live on CityFibre’s £42m full fibre network in Middlesbrough, which is set to reach almost every premise in the area by 2024.
Ryan Battle, MD at YouFibre, said: “We have now connected our first customer to our internet services via the CityFibre network.
"This new partnership will enable us to scale and grow our customer base, initially in the north east following the uptake we have already seen in the area.”
Steph Carter-Smith, CityFibre’s Area Manager for Middlesbrough, added: “This means that residents will have further choice when upgrading their home connectivity to fibre, proving that our open-access model is helping to bring more competition to the market.”
YouFibre recently secured an additional £295 million in funding, along with sister company Netomnia, from Digital Bridge.
