KCOM has announced the first three winners of its Digital Inclusion Grants, aimed at improving lives in communities across Hull, East Yorkshire and north Lincolnshire.

MS3 will connect 95,000 homes in Lincolnshire to its full fibre network as it begins rollouts in Scunthorpe, Cleethorpes and Grimsby.
Work is already underway in the three Lincolnshire towns the towns to support the XGSPON rollout and the first properties are projected to go live in August.
MS3 is a wholesale-only provider, so the service will be supplied to consumers via multiple ISP partners and B2B providers.
Sam Hales, Sales & Marketing Director at MS3 Networks, said: “This is the first cluster of many towns outside of Hull that we will build to across the north of England as we build out our network.
“We believe that our full fibre network will bring significant benefits to the local economy and are confident that our ultrafast services will support residents in many aspects of their lives including work, education and socially.”
