CityFibre solution slashes wayleave wait time

CityFibre’s recently launched Permission to Work (PtW) solution has cut the average cycle time for CAT three and four orders by 60% for its users.

The solution gains approval at the point of order instead of putting it into a wayleave process by default.

Alongside civils, cabling and splicing are also required for CAT three and four orders. CAT 3 is estimated to be less than 75m, while CAT 4 is over 75m or requires a network upgrade.

“By adopting this new process, partners can reduce the time between an order being placed and an invoice being raised.”

Adoption could also help avoid the need for external solicitors and legal representatives.
